Recurring jobs work on every plan, the free Hustler plan included. They're the difference between "I'll figure out next week on Sunday night" and "the app already knows."
Setting recurrence
Recurrence lives at the address → service level, not on a job. Open the client → address → tap the service → Recurrence.
Options:
- Daily — every day.
- Weekly — every 7 days.
- Bi-weekly — every 14 days.
- Monthly — same day-of-month each month.
These four cadences auto-schedule the next visit for you when you complete a job.
How auto-scheduling works
When you complete a recurring job, Mour:
- Looks at the recurrence cadence (e.g., "every 14 days").
- Computes the ideal next date (e.g., 14 days from today).
- Checks against your working hours, time-off, and the address's preferred days.
- If the ideal date is unavailable, walks forward up to 14 days looking for a non-conflicting slot.
- If no clean slot turns up within 14 days, Mour doesn't force a bad booking — it sends you a push notification so you can schedule the next visit yourself.
Preferred days per address
If a client always wants Tuesdays, you can pin it. Open the client → address → Preferred days → tap to select.
Mour tries your preferred days first when it books the next visit; other days are a fallback.
Pausing a recurrence
Two options:
- Skip one occurrence — mark the next job as Cancelled with reason "Skip." The cycle continues; the next-next occurrence still schedules.
- Pause indefinitely — on the address → service, toggle Recurrence off. Existing jobs already scheduled stay put. No new jobs auto-create.
Across tier changes
Recurring schedules are preserved when you upgrade or downgrade. The free Hustler plan has the same recurring engine as Professional — the only difference is the free plan's monthly cap on jobs you create by hand. Visits scheduled automatically when you complete a recurring job keep your routes running and aren't blocked by that cap.
