Offline mode
Mobile only. See your day when there's no signal — your cached jobs are right there, with or without bars.
Service work happens in basements, on rural routes, in the back of strip malls where the signal drops to a bar — or none. The Mour mobile app keeps your day in front of you there. Today's and tomorrow's jobs — the client, the address, the services, and the times — are cached on your phone, so you can always see what's next even with no connection.
What works offline
- See today's and tomorrow's jobs — whatever was cached on your last sync.
- See each job's client, address, services, and scheduled time.
- See photos that were already attached and synced.
What needs a connection
Offline mode is for seeing your day. Completing a job, capturing photos, and adding notes need a connection. A connection is also needed for:
- Jobs beyond tomorrow, and your Upcoming, Deferred, and Overdue lists.
- Deferring, cancelling, or rescheduling a job, which Mour checks against your schedule before saving.
- Browsing your full client list, service catalog, or service prices.
- Route optimization, the map, SMS, and email.
Always current
Mour keeps your cached day up to date automatically and refreshes it the moment you're back online — so the jobs you see offline are never far out of date.
How it works
- The app caches today's and tomorrow's jobs whenever you have a connection.
- Open the app in a dead zone and your day is still right there to view.
- Each cached job shows the client, address, services, and time.
- Your cached day stays up to date automatically and refreshes the moment you reconnect.
