Clients
A real address book. Addresses, services, prices, history — per client, per address.
A client in Mour is a person or business you do work for, with one or more addresses. Each address can have its own service list and pricing — useful when you mow Karen's house for $40 and her mother-in-law's two miles away for $45.
Multiple addresses (Professional)
On the free Hustler plan, one address per client. On Professional, unlimited — useful for landlords, property managers, and multi-property residential clients.
Service prices live on the address
Not on the client, not on the service. On the address. If Karen wants weekly mowing at $35 and bi-weekly edging at $20, those prices are pinned to her address. Move her to a new house, set new prices for the new property — old job history stays linked to the old address.
Contact info
Name, phone, email. The phone is used for SMS notifications (Professional). The email is used for invoice delivery (Professional) and email notifications (every tier). Both are optional — you can run a client through Mour with neither if you prefer.
Notes
Per-client notes for stuff that doesn't fit elsewhere: gate codes, dog warnings, "park on the street, never the driveway," "ring twice." Visible on every job for that client's address.
How it works
- Add a client: name, optional phone, optional email.
- Add one or more addresses — each is pinned on the map automatically so routing and the map view work.
- Pin services + prices to each address (so the same client at two houses can pay different rates).
- Job history lives on the address, not the client — survives moves.
- Notes per client for context that doesn't fit a field.
Good to know
- Multiple addresses per client requires Professional.
- It's a working address book for service jobs, not a sales CRM — so it stays fast and out of your way.
- Your clients don't log in to anything — you stay the single point of contact, and Mour keeps their details, history, and notes in one place.
