Playbook: mobile detailing

Model each vehicle as its own address, keep a before/after record per car, and draft the invoice on completion.

Detailing has a wrinkle most trades don't: one customer, several vehicles, each with its own price and its own history. The trick is to stop thinking "client" and start thinking "per car." Mour handles that cleanly with one modeling move.

Set up

  • Each vehicle is an address. Under a single client, add each car as its own address (a second address needs Professional). The daily driver, the weekend convertible, the work truck — each gets its own service list, its own price, and its own history.
  • Pin per-vehicle prices. A full detail on the SUV isn't the same number as the sedan. Set the price on each vehicle's service.
  • Photos on. They're your before/after record per car — the swirl marks before, the corrected paint after.

A day in Mour

Schedule the day's vehicles into Today. Work each car, and capture photos at completion — your per-job photo limit scales with your plan, up to unlimited on Professional. Your photos stay private to your business, reachable only through private, time-limited links.

On Professional, tapping Complete drafts the invoice for that vehicle from the services you performed. When the customer Venmos you, open the invoice and tap Record Payment — pick the method, drop in the transaction reference, done. Mour records the payment; it never touches the money itself.

Where it earns its keep

  • Per-vehicle history — every car's past visits and prices stay separate and findable.
  • Before/after proof — your defense on a "you scratched it" claim, and a tidy record for repeat ceramic or correction work.
  • Invoicing that drafts itself on completion, emailed as HTML, with a 14-day default due date.

Which plan

Hustler unlocks the multi-vehicle modeling (more than one address per client) plus routing and texts. Professional adds the auto-drafted invoicing that makes payment day painless.
