Playbook: lawn care

Recurring mowing routes that cluster by neighborhood-day, with proof photos and "all done" texts.

Lawn care lives and dies by the route. Same yards, same weeks, tight clusters by neighborhood so you're not crossing town twice. Mour is built to hold exactly that pattern and order your busy days for you.

Set up

  • One service per offering — "Mowing," maybe "Edging" or "Cleanup." Pin the price on each client's address.
  • Recurring cadence — set weekly or bi-weekly mowing on each address's service. Complete a job and the next one books itself. (Recurring runs on every plan.)
  • Preferred days per address — pin the weekday a yard belongs to. The recurring scheduler tries preferred days first, so routes naturally cluster by neighborhood-day — Tuesday is the east side, Thursday is the subdivision.
  • Photo proof on. You can require a photo for completion on an address if you want it enforced.

A day in Mour

Open Today. With two or more stops, tap Optimize Route — Mour sequences by drive time and numbers the pins on the map. Tap Navigate to hand off to your phone's maps app, stop to stop. Mow, snap a completion photo, tap Complete. The customer gets an "all done" text and next week's visit is already on the books.

Where it earns its keep

  • Route optimization on busy days — minimizes drive time, not raw distance, and leaves any fixed-time appointment where it sits.
  • "All done" texts go out automatically on completion (Professional, outbound only).
  • Photo proof settles the "you didn't show" call before it turns into a chargeback.

Which plan

Hustler carries lawn care: unlimited jobs, route optimization, the map view, and outbound texts. Step up to Professional if you invoice monthly and want those invoices drafted automatically when you complete the work.
