Customer reacquisition marketing is a Professional-tier feature. When a client is due for a repeat service and hasn't rebooked, Mour can invite them to book again — by email, SMS, or both.
What it does
You set how often a service should repeat. Mour watches that interval per client, and when it lapses without a new booking, it flags the client as due for a nudge and prepares a ready-to-send message inviting them back.
Automatic or manual
Each channel — email and SMS — has its own automatic on/off switch that you control:
- Automatic on — Mour sends the nudge on its own once a client goes overdue.
- Automatic off — Mour drafts the message and waits. Open the client and tap Send now when you want to reach out yourself.
You choose the channel per message: email, SMS, or both.
It won't chase a client who's already booked
If a future visit is already scheduled for that client, Mour leaves them alone. The point is to reach the clients who've gone quiet, not the ones you're about to see — so a client who's already on your books never gets a "come back" message that doesn't make sense.
Unsubscribe and SMS consent
- Email — every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe. A client who opts out won't receive further marketing emails from your business.
- SMS — marketing texts go only to clients who gave you SMS consent. STOP opt-outs are honored automatically, the same way they are for your notification texts. Opt-outs are scoped to your business.
Which plans include it
Customer reacquisition marketing is available on the Professional plan. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
